Q: Do you take requests?
A: Normally I won't take any requests but sometimes, I will open a "request event" and that's when you are free to request almost anything.

Q: I sent an email but it hasn't been replied to.
A: Most likely it's already been answered, the answer to it is very obvious, or I'm in the process of answering it. Another possibility is that I've never even recieved your email.

Q: I need help with ____. Can you help me?
A: Nope, sorry. You can always look for some tutorials.

Q: I want a PSD for a tutorial, how do I request it?
A: Use the contact form and select 'Request' for the subject. Please include a short message telling me that you are requesting a PSD with the tutorial ID number included, but make sure that the tutorial says, "PSD: Available upon request."

Q: Can I request a tutorial for an icon that you have in your archive?
A: Unfortunately, I don't have PSDs for all the icons that I made. If you request a tutorial from the icon ID 78 and up, then I'll write it for you. Anything lower then 78 is an "I don't remember how I made it". To check the ID number of the icon, right click it and go to "Properties".

Q: I sent in an application for linkage but all I've gotten was a blank email as a reply. Can you resend your message?
A: I rarely send a blank email as a reply but what it means is that your application has been rejected. When I do reject affilition applications, I usually won't include the reason why but if you want the reason, feel free to ask.
Affiliation: If your application has been rejected, then you will be offered a position as link exchanges instead.
Link Exchange: I will accept any application for link exchange unless your site has a lot of pop ups.

Q: I was removed from my affiliate position.
A: The reason is either that your site has fallen below my standards (check the affiliation rules) or that I feel this affiliation will not work out. I ask that if you find your link has been moved or removed, please do the same to mine.

Q: Do you accept piczo, freewebs, etc. link exchange applications?
A: Yup! I will accept any application -doesn't matter where it's hosted- as long as there are no pop-ups. I don't see why I shouldn't accept the applications because sites that are on free hosts are just starting so people should give them a chance. Didn't most of us, if not all of us, started on a free host?
